Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be exercised according the legislative decree dated may 22 1999, no. 185 stating, "Implementation of directive 97/7/ce regarding the protection of consumers in respect to contracts of distance," for those consumers without a vat number that are not purchasing for entrepreneurial purposes.

The customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract within seven working days of delivery of the goods by communicating to the company via e-mail and will receive instructions regarding the repayment of the amount paid, minus the original shipping costs, and regarding the return of the goods purchased. The goods must be returned intact and shipping and shipping costs of said goods are the responsibility of the client. The right of withdrawal shall not apply to sealed products that have been opened. The purchased goods must also be returned in original packaging and perfectly intact. In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the company will return the purchased goods to the user/customer and charge the shipping cost to said user/customer.
